End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the ARI Intranet Application (“the Application”). By accessing the Application, the user (“You”) agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Application solely for authorized internal business functions on behalf of ARI.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share access with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Application
• Use the Application for any non-business or personal purpose

3. Ownership

All code, workflows, and system components remain the property of ARI or its developers.

4. Data Use

By using the Application, You acknowledge that internal business data may be processed for operational purposes, including QuickBooks Online integrations.

5. Security Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Report suspicious activity immediately
• Only access information relevant to your role

6. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time for violation of this Agreement or misuse of the system.

7. Disclaimer

The Application is provided “AS IS” for internal operations. ARI is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the system.

8. Acceptance

By using the Application, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
